What is Deathcore Music?

Deathcore Music is another subgenre of extreme metal, it’s taken from death metal and metalcore and it’s all mixed up together – lovely! It’s heavily influenced by the speed and heaviness of death metal, with lots of the usual screams and growls. For some reason it was most prominent around California and Arizona in the southwestern United States, which was home to some of their most noted bands and still holds various deathcore festivals.
Representative Deathcore Musicians
Deathcore Musicians were largely influenced by death metal musicians such as Suffocation from New York. Bands such as Lamb of God, All Shall Perish and Whitechapel are all pretty good examples of representative deathcore musicians.
